JUDGMENT / ORDER

Leaned counsel for both the parties state that the present writ petition is to be heard along with Writ Petition No. 1659 of 2010.
I have a jurisdiction to decide the writ petition only upto the year 2000. Therefore the writ petition of 2010 cannot be heard by me.
Put up this file along with record of Writ Petition No. 1659 of 2010 before Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice for necessary order.
