Dilubhai vs State

The applicant has preferred this application for grant of parole for a period of 60 days on the ground of finding a suitable alliance for his younger brother.

The application is rejected by the competent authority on the ground that on an earlier occasion, the applicant had not surrendered in time and was apprehended by the police after 43 days.

Considering the above aspect, and since no convincing ground appears for exercise of powers, this application is rejected.
