1. RULE.
Shri Kabir Hathi, learned AGP waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondents.
2. In the facts and circumstances of the case and with the consent of the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties, the present application is taken up for final hearing today.
3. The present application has been preferred by the applicants-heirs and legal representative of the original plaintiff permitting them to be brought on record as appellants nos. 1/1 and 1/2 in Second Appeal as heirs and legal representative of the original appellant-original plaintiff-Shri Tejmalji Chandaji Jadeja (now deceased).
4. Having heard the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present application is allowed and the applicants are permitted to be joined as appellants nos. 1/1 and 1/2 in Second Appeal as heirs and legal representative of the original appellant-original plaintiff-Shri Tejmalji Chandaji Jadeja (now deceased). Rule is made absolute accordingly.
5. Registry is directed to amend the cause title of the main Second Appeal accordingly.
