Dilubha vs Commissioner

Learned AGP has submitted that the office of labour commissioner has initiated proceedings after the complaint filed by present petitioner alleging that the respondent has not implemented the award. He submitted that some more time is consumed because along with the petition, the petitioner did not submit the copy of the award and after the copy of the award was submitted, action has been initiated and proceedings are in progress.

So as to take further instruction from the office of the labour commissioner i.e. respondent no.2 and 3, he has requested for time. Hence, S. O. to 8/02/2012.
