Prayer made is for issuing a mandamus against the respondents to pass appropriate orders for mutation of name of the petitioners in revenue record Khata No.128, Gata No.116Aa and 118 pursuant to order dated 22.4.2015 passed by the Tehsildar.
This Court is not an executing court of orders passed by the Tehsildar in mutation cases.
The petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for execution of the order.
