THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R Sri Syed Ummer, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri B. Balakrishna, learned Additional Government Advocate.
2. The petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to investigate the above matter in accordance with law and to take appropriate legal action against the respondent Nos.4 to 8 as per the law of land.
4. When the matter was taken up today, learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that the investigation is completed and the charge-sheet shall be filed against the accused persons within a period of six weeks from today.
5. The aforesaid submission is taken on record.
Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
