Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A., for the State.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed with a prayer to direct the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 11, Muzaffar Nagar to conclude the trial of Complaint Case No. 1447/9 of 2011 (S.T. No. 1447 of 2013) (State Vs. Ragib and others) under Section 307, 323, 504 IPC, Police Station Kakrauli, District Muzaffar Nagar within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.
Learned counsel for the applicant contended that the aforesaid case may be directed to be decided within time frame fixed by this Court.
The present matter pertains to the year 2011.
Consequently, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 11, Muzaffar Nagar to hear and decide the Complaint Case No. 1447/9 of 2011 (S.T. No. 1447 of 2013) (State Vs. Ragib and others) under Section 307, 323, 504 IPC, Police Station Kakrauli, District Muzaffar Nagar, expeditiously in accordance with law.
