JUDGMENT / ORDER

Leave to amend to implead HDFC Bank as respondent no. 5.
Rule.
The invested amount is lying with the HDFC Bank in the form of FDR. The FDR will not be encashed and will lie in the bank. Who so ever succeeds in the matter will be entitled to said amount.
The matter is pending before the Division Bench. Hence, at the request of both the parties, S.O. to 09.07.2012.
