1. Learned Advocate Mr.R.D.Bhatt for the applicant has submitted that the amount of cost awarded in the matter could not be deposited within time limit stipulated in the Order, as learned advocate had been out of station during vacation. The outer limit for depositing the money was falling during the vacation i.e. 15th May, 2012. The Learned Advocate has requested for permitting the applicant to deposit the cost amount on or before 16th June, 2012.
2. Looking to the averments made in this application the permission as sought for, is granted. The application is disposed of and the advocate or the applicant is at liberty to deposit the amount of cost on or before 16th June, 2012. Office is directed to accept the amount of cost, if deposited by 16th June, 2012.
