JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Rule.
Learned APP, Mr. Kodekar waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent-State.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant has presented his passport with necessary other documents for obtaining U.S.A. Visa. However, the passport has not yet been received from the American Embassy in India. On that count, he could not surrender the passport as per order dated 13.01.2012 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No. 92 of 2012.
3. Counsel submitted that the time granted for obtaining visa and travelling abroad be extended.
4. Considering the submissions made, time, for which condition Nos. 4, 5 and 7 of the bail order dated 19.01.2011 were extended by order dated 31.01.2012, shall stand extended to 30.09.2012.
5. Application is disposed of accordingly. Rule is made absolute to above extent.
