JUDGMENT / ORDER

As per the medical certificate issued by Medical Officer, Central Jail Dispensary, Ahmedabad, dated 16-1-2012, the convict prisoner was examined by ENT Surgeon on 25-8-2010, 5-10-2011, 12-11-2011 and 28-12-2011. It is clear that proper medical treatment is being provided to the convict prisoner. There is no substance in the allegations made against the doctor. In view of the above, this application is rejected. Copy of medical certificate produced by learned APP is taken on record.
