Heard learned advocates for the parties.
Considering the averments made in paragraphs 2, 3,4 and 5 sufficient cause is shown for delay in filing the appeal and considering the overall aspects, I am inclined to condone the delay and prayer in terms of para 7 (a) and (b) is granted.
Civil application is allowed accordingly.
