After some arguments in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with the prayer to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh in case materials exists with the petitioner to demonstrate that the person younger in age with same mark have been selected.
Prayer made is allowed.
Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
