Against the judgment and decree dated 28.4.2016 passed in Suit No.580, the petitioner has filed a Recall Application on 30.5.2016. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that this application was not being decided and only dates were being fixed. He, therefore, prays that the Recall Application be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Phoolpur, District Allahabad shall decide the Recall Application filed by the petitioner on 30.5.2016 within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
