This petition is directed against an order dated 31.08.2019, whereby petitioner was placed under suspension.
Learned State Counsel Sri Sharad Upadhyay has obtained instructions, according to which, the suspension order has been withdrawn on 18th September 2019, copy of which has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the above, no further grievance survives, and writ petition is consigned to records.
