The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No. 94 of 2013, instituted by the petitioner against the defendants-respondents within a stipulated time frame.
Having regard to the fact that the suit is pending since the year 2013, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments, provided there is no legal impediment.
