Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to transfer the investigation of Case Crime No.724 of 2021 under Sections 376 IPC and 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Chakeri, District East, Commissionerate, Kanpur Nagar to any other police station outside District Kanpur Nagar or an independent investigating agency or CBCID to ensure fair and impartial investigation.
Mrs. Archna Singh, learned A.G.A. states that chargesheet has already been submitted before the competent court on 05.10.2021. As such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
In the facts and circumstances, the Court is not inclined to proceed further in the matter.
According, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
