The petition is directed against the order dated 26.12.2018 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation in Revision No.119.
The said order is an order of remand whereby the orders passed by the Settlement Officer, Consolidation and the Consolidation Officer was set aside and the matter has been remanded back for a fresh decision after consideration a restoration application filed by Ram Kripal Singh. Ram Kripal Singh is not impleaded as a party in this writ petition.
The order dated 26.12.2018, therefore, cannot be challenged in the absence of a necessary party.
In so far as challenge to the order dated 19.09.2018 is concerned, the certified copy of the said order has not been filed on record. This order has been passed in proceedings under Rule 109-A of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Rules.
Since challenge to both the orders impugned in the writ petition is defective, this writ petition fails and is dismissed as defective.
