JUDGMENT / ORDER

ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleaders for respondents 2 and 3.
2. Notice to respondent No.1 was not ordered in view of the interim direction dated 07.10.2014 already issued, which is as follows:
“Petitioner is given a notice and personal hearing is offered to him as per impugned notice dated 02.09.2014. It is also stated in the notice that the directions of this Court in WP.No.16547 of 2010 and batch dated 29.10.2011, reported in 2012 (3) ALT 686 (DB), will be followed.
Hence, it is open for the petitioner to appear in response to the impugned notice and make an appropriate representation in terms of the directions of the Division Bench, referred to above, so as to enable the respondent – authorities to consider the same.
List after two (2) weeks ‘For Orders’”.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners, therefore, states that since the representation is under consideration before respondent No.1, as and when appropriate orders are passed by respondent No.1, further cause of action would arise.
In view of that, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to respondent No.1 to consider the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
