Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that applicant has criminal history of 15 cases. Learned counsel for the applicant has explained criminal history of six cases.
Without entering into the dispute whether learned A.G.A. or learned counsel for the applicant is correct, it is clear that the applicant has criminal antecedents. It is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant.
It is accordingly rejected.
