This petition for writ is preferred against the order dated 03.10.2018 passed by the Gram Vikas Adhikari, Vikas Khand Mau, Chitrakoot permitting Sri Pramod Kumar Singh, the Gram Pradhan to operate the accounts of the Gramsabha after having signatures of the Gram Panchayat Adhikari.
The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that Sri Pramod Kumar Singh is facing inquiry as well as trial for misappropriation of the public funds of the Gramsabha and, therefore, the permission is granted to him to operate the accounts of the Gramsabha is in public interest.
The order dated 03.10.2018 is despite a guarded order wherein a permission is given to operate accounts of the Gramsabha by the joint signatures of Sri Pramod Kumar Singh, the Gram Pradhan and Sri Satish Kumar Pandey, the Gram Panchayat Adhikari a cheque as such is only be available in operating the bank accounts.
No interference is required, as such this writ petition is dismissed.
