This application has been filed with a prayer to decide the bail application of the applicant on the same day in connection with Case Crime No.169 of 2018, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC, PS Kotwali Nagar, District Hamirpur.
It is pointed out by the learned AGA that no charge sheet has been filed. In this view of the matter process of Court has not yet begun. The present application is, therefore, not maintainable.
It is, accordingly, dismissed as not maintainable.
At this stage it is clarified that it will be open to the applicant to pursue such remedies as may be advised.
