Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Munna Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 3 and Smt. Sudha Pandey, learned counsel appearing for respondents no. 1 and 2.
This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 08.02.2018 passed by the Chief Manager Circle Office, Punjab National Bank, Meerut by which the petitioner has been declined compassionate appointment.
Counsel for the petitioner says that his mother has already made a representation against the order impugned to the respondent no. 2 which is pending disposal.
Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 (Senior Manager, Punjab National Bank Bahadurgarh, Hapur) to look into the grievance of the petitioner as raised by his mother and pass appropriate reasoned and speaking order thereon within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
