Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The informant, who is petitioner, has lodged first information report, which is registered as Case Crime No.0722 of 2020 under Sections 307, 147, 323, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Sahajanwa, District Gorakhpur.
We are not passing any adverse order against respondent nos. 4 to 8 who are accused.
The prayer prayed for in this petition is that writ in the nature of mandamus be issued to the respondent no.2 to supervise and ensure fair investigation in Case Crime No.0722 of 2020 under Sections 307, 147, 323, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Sahajanwa, District Gorakhpur, which is granted.
The authority concerned shall take all action to see that proper investigation as per the provision of Cr.P.C. is carried out for the aforementioned case crime number by the In-charge Police Station Sahajanwa, District Gorakhpur supervised by the higher authorities.
With the aforesaid observations, present petition is disposed of.
