2. Learned counsel for the applicant praying for a direction to the learned ACJM, Court No.2, Allahabad where Case No.6321 of 2019 (State vs. Dilip Kumar Ruhela) is pending under the provisions of Motor Vehicles Act to decide the pending application expeditiously.
3. This innocuous prayer is not opposed by the learned AGA.
4. This application is disposed off without giving any opinion on the merits of the case with a direction to the learned ACJM, Court No.2, Allahabad where Case No.6321 of 2019 (State vs. Dilip Kumar Ruhela) is pending under the provisions of Motor Vehicles Act to decide the pending application within thirty days from the date of receipt of computer generated copy of this order on its own merits and on the administrative side, shall furnish explanation as to why he has kept the application pending for over one and half years.
