This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(I) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Tehsildar, Tehsil-Sadar, District-Gorakhpur to conclude and decide the mutation case No. 10529 of 2017, Dilip Kumar Pandey versus Madan Lal @ Madan Lal Sharma under Section 34/35 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 as early as possible within 90 days as provided under Rule 34(6) of U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016."
It has been submitted that the mutation case filed by the petitioner is pending consideration since the year 2017.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Tehsildar, Tehsil-Sadar, District-Gorakhpur to decide the mutation case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
