The instant petition seeks quashing of the order of externment dated 12th April, 2019, passed by the Additional District Magistrate (F&R), Sonbhadra in Case No.69/2017 under Section 3(3) of the U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970.
The order of externment is appealable under Section 6 of the aforesaid Act and the petitioner can also apply for an interim order.
Under the circumstances, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy of filing an appeal.
