After hearing Mr.Trivedi, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner and after going through the materials on record, we find that the petitioner has made out a strong prima facie case to have an interim order to the effect that respondent nos.1 to 3 and 5 will immediately verify and inspect and take immediate action against those industrial units who have constructed or developed unauthorized construction, contrary to the terms and conditions of the development permission as indicated in Building Nos.8, 9, 12 and 13 of Annexure-'C' to this Application.
Direct service is permitted.
