Petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 10 in Crime No.715 of 2014 of the Pudukkad Police Station for the offences punishable under Secs.143, 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 326, 308 and 341 r/w Sec.149 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the application.
It is submitted that on 14.06.2014 at about 8.30p.m, these accused and others attacked the de facto complainant and others with iron rod, sharp weapon, stone etc, caused hurt/grievous hurt in their attempt to cause their death. Altogether 5 persons sustained injuries. Accused Nos.1 and 10 are involved in 4 other cases, the 5th accused is involved in 3 other cases and accused Nos.7 and 8 are involved in two other cases.
3. Learned counsel submits that the allegations are not true. The de facto complainant and others attacked some of the accused for which the police have registered Crime No.714 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Secs.148, 324 and 308 r/w Sec.149 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. It is revealed that request for pre-arrest bail by some of the accused in Crime No.714 of 2014 was rejected by this Court as per order dated 26.05.2014 in B.A.No.3424 of 2014.
5. On hearing both sides and considering nature of allegations and the investigation required to be done, I am satisfied that request for pre-arrest bail cannot be allowed.
The applications is dismissed. It is directed that in case the petitioners are arrested, they shall be produced before the jurisdictional magistrate as early as possible.
