By means of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction for expeditious disposal of the Divorce Petition No.297 of 2017 (Diksha Malviya Vs. Ritehs Tiwari) pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad within a stipulated time.

In view thereof, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the present petition is being disposed of with the direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad to decide the Divorce Petition No.297 of 2017 (Diksha Malviya Vs. Ritehs Tiwari), expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order after giving due notice and opportunity to all concerned.
