(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) The Registry has put this note suggesting that, though directed under our order dated 29.02.2012 that the applicant shall file a declaration within one week, no such declaration has been filed so far. Learned counsel for the applicant clarified that such declaration was to be filed before the Nagarpalika, which the applicant has already done. No further steps are, therefore, required to be taken by the applicant. The respondent shall carry out the directions contained in our order dated 29.02.2012.
