JUDGMENT / ORDER

Leave to delete respondent No.3.
By way of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the notice at Annexure-A to the petition dated 30.6.2012/2.7.2012 received by the petitioner on 3.7.2012, whereby respondent No.1 has directed the petitioner to remove the kiosk within 10 days and to give possession of the open land.
The petition is not entertained at this stage. However, the petitioner shall file reply to the aforesaid notice and respondent No.1 shall consider the reply and take appropriate decision after giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner.
With these observations, the petition is not entertained and is dismissed accordingly. D.S. permitted.
