(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) It is stated by Ms. Kalpana Raval, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the GPCB-respondent no.1 that in three months' trial run or observation period pursuant to our earlier order, no instance of non-compliance of any of the conditions indicated in our order was found. She has no objection if the trial run continues for a month further on the same conditions so that the main matter can be heard out in the meantime. We pass order accordingly. Let the matter appear on July 26, 2012.
