Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri B.B. Pandey, learned Chief Standing Counsel.
The applicant is before this Court against the wilful disobedience of the order dated 21.02.2019 passed in Writ-A No.1031 of 2019 (Digvijay Singh v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
On the matter being taken up today, instructions dated July 27th, 2019 have been filed by learned Chief Standing Counsel intimating that the aforesaid order has been complied with.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this petition and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged. The instructions are taken on record and a copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the applicant.
