Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.K. Mishra, learned Standing Counsel.
This petition has been preferred for the respondents being commanded to permit the petitioner to correct the pension form as was submitted before them in 2017. It is submitted that due to inadvertence, the date of joining was filled as 16 June 1989 when in fact it should have been 25 January 1983. In view of the disputed questions of fact which are raised, this petition would merit disposal on the following terms.
The Court permits the petitioner to file a detailed representation in support of his claim before the concerned SDM under whom he was working when he retired from service. If such a representation alongwith requisite material is submitted within three weeks from today, the SDM shall have the same examined and pass such orders as may be warranted in the facts and circumstances of the case with expedition and preferably within a period of two months therefrom. In case the claim of the petitioner is accepted, it shall be open to him to proceed further before the respondent nos.2 and 3.
Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
