JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioners are the accused in Crime No.21/2012 on the file of the Nedumbassery Police Station registered for offences under Sections 498(A), 323, 506(1) and Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is now stated that the dispute with the second respondent has since been settled. Annexure-2 affidavit of the second respondent reveals the same. The proceeding deserves to be quashed following Gyan Singh v. State of Punjab [2012 (2) KLD 688].

All further proceedings in Crime No.21/2012 on the file of the Nedumbassery Police Station are hereby quashed.
