JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Rajeev Singh,J.
Heard Shri Amarjeet Singh Rakhra, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri S.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and Shri Umesh Singh, learned counsel appearing for private-respondent no. 2.
In pursuance of the order dated 09.02.2021, Shri Umesh Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2 produces a certified copy of the charge sheet filed against the petitioners along with the order of the court concerned taking cognizance on the same, which is taken on record.
In view of above, writ petition stands disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said charge sheet, if aggrieved. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
