Sri Ajeet Singh, learned Chief Standing Counsel is appearing for respondents.
The petitioners are raising dispute with regard to the correctness of the key answers to various questions as indicated in the writ petition of question booklet of series-D, of the U.P. Teachers Eligibility Test, Examination, 2018. The controversy being raised herein has been set at rest with the judgment of this Court in a bunch of Writ Petitions decided on 19.2.2018, leading being Writ-A No.25791 of 2018.
A Special Appeal Defective No.3 of 2019 filed against the judgment and order dated 19.12.2018 passed in the aforesaid matter has also been dismissed on 4.1.2019.
The petitioners herein, thus, cannot be permitted to raise the said controversy again. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
