The sole submission of the counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Civil Judge (Senior Division)/ F.T.C., Kannauj to decide the Misc. Case No. 04/74 of 2014 (Didar Husain Vs. Ali Abbas and Others) filed under Order 9 Rule 13 of C.P.C., which is pending.
Having heard the counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of by directing the Civil Judge (Senior Division)/ F.T.C., Kannauj to decide the Misc. Case No. 04/74 of 2014 (Didar Husain Vs. Ali Abbas and Others) filed under Order 9 Rule 13 of C.P.C. expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of.
