JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt application is filed seeking initiation of contempt proceedings for disobedience of directions in the judgment dated 12.08.2014 in W.P.(C) No.8300 of 2014.
Learned State Attorney submitted that Annexure A5 letter dated 14.10.2014, which was the foundation for initiating contempt proceedings, has already been withdrawn on 05.11.2014. We do not find any willful disobedience in the facts of the present case. The Contempt Case is closed.
