Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
The petitioner claims to be a licensee for bone crushing unit. The licence has been granted for a period of one year from 1.4.2018 to 31.3.2019. The petitioner claims to have obtained permission from the U.P.Pollution Control Board regarding air and water pollution but upon inspection being made, his premises has been seized by the authorities. The petitioner made a representation to the respondent no.3, which is stated to be pending.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the respondent no.3 may consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as far as possible, within a period of one month from the date a certified copy of this order is presented before the authority concerned.
