JUDGMENT / ORDER

(The order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU.,J ) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the habeas corpus petition stands dismissed, as withdrawn however, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of the respondents refusing to extend him the benefit of G.O.Ms.1155 Home (Prison -IV) Department dated 11.09.2008.
