Petitioner's challenge to the correctness of answer key was directed to be examined by the U.P. Secondary Service Selection Board pursuant to an order passed by this Court on 13.05.2010 in Writ Petition No.2753 of 2010. Consequential order has been passed on 09.07.2010, which records that advertisement no.1/2006 was finalized with declaration of result for the post of Lecturer in Geography and appointment letters have also been issued. Further finding has been returned that all selected candidates have already joined and, therefore, after expiry of several years the claim for correctness of answers to various questions cannot be entertained.
Although the aforesaid order of the Board is challenged but none of the selected candidates have been impleaded as a party. A period of eleven years since has expired and all those who were selected against the advertisement must be working for the last more they 12-13 years. In their absence it would not be open for this Court to examine correctness of answers by the Board on the basis of expert opinion obtained. In such circumstances, no interference with the order impugned is called for.
Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
