JUDGMENT / ORDER

This court passed the following order on 17th January 2012:
"This matter is being adjourned from time to time viz. 21.03.2011, 19.4.2011, 19.07.2011, 23.11.2011, 13.12.2011, 23.12.2011, 27.12.2011. Even today, when the matter is taken for hearing an adjournment is sought on the ground of producing Paper Book. Hence, as a last chance, S.O. to 24TH JANUARY, 2012."
Today, when the matter is called out none present for the appellants. Hence, in view of the order passed by this Court on 17th January 2012, matter is dismissed for default.
