JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Mahendra Dayal,J.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has received the instructions and prays for and is granted a week's time to file counter affidavit to which rejoinder affidavit may be filed within one week, if so desire.
Learned Standing Counsel further submits that he will serve the copy of the counter affidavit to the counsel for the petitioner outside the Court.
Till the next date of listing, it is provided that the opposite parties shall not to carry out any work over the plot in dispute.
