Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the court of Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Mahrajganj to decide application 8-C(2) filed in Execution Case No.03 of 1992 (Ramesh Chand Vs. Bharat Lal) within stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case it appears that on last date the matter was adjourned on account of lawyers strike. Under the circumstances, if there is delay in disposal of application, the Court cannot be blamed. It is however observed that the court can proceed with the matter in accordance with law, even if the lawyers are on strike.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed off.
