After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the applicant to take remedy before the appropriate authority/forum, in accordance with law.
The contempt petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
