This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to restrain the Station House Officer, P.S. Basai Muhammadpur, Firozabad-opposite party no.2, for conducting re-medical examination of the applicant.
From the perusal of the material on record and looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the considered view that the issue involved in the matter and prayer made in this application is beyond scope of the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
No interference is required by this Court.
This application stands disposed off accordingly.
