2. Learned AGP has submitted that present petition is wrongly notified before this Court. He has submitted that considering the reliefs prayed for in present petition, it is required to be listed before the appropriate Court where the subject of the Bombay Land Revenue Code and encroachment is assigned.

3. The office is requested to examine the record and take necessary steps.
