JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Rule.
Ms.Shah, learned APP waives service of notice of Rule.
The present application has been preferred by the applicant - convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to find a match for his daughter.
It appears that the ground is not such, where the presence of the applicant - convict can be said as indispensable.
Under these circumstances, the discretion does not deserve to be exercised and, therefore, the present application is not granted. Rule discharged.
